The mod is a global specialization added to all the tools implementing the Cultivator and SowingMachine spec.
Once activated, the Stubble cultivator mod leaves chopped straw in the field to distinguish a stubble cultivator from a standard cultivator.
Similarly, by activating the mod on a seeder, straw debris remains during sowing.
