Vehicle Explorer

This is a revamp of the good old VehicleSort from FS17.

For starters: VehicleExplorer helps you organize your vehicles, showing you a list that can be organized, well, sorted by you. Besides that, it has some additional features. See below.

Define a sales order for your vehicles
Your order is saved in the vehicle.xml file by default, so no extra clutter
Enter your vehicles directly with one click (mouse)
This literally means, see known issues ;)
EasyTab: switch between the last two selected vehicles
Repair vehicles and tools
Engine on/off, on/off (e.g. for harvester) and light status is saved and restored
Different colors in the list if a vehicle is selected, or currently in use by an assistant/courseplay
The configuration is saved by saving in modsSettings/VehicleExplorer/savegameX
Show/hide station cranes in list (no idea if this actually works, would need a map with a crane to test)
Show/hide steerable implements/trailers (e.g. carrier trailer with crane)
Show/hide brand names in list
Show/hide your own name when entering a vehicle
Show/hide horsepower in list
Show/hide fill levels in list
