In 1922, the revolutionary three-plow, gear-driven International 15-30 was renamed the McCormick-Deering 15-30.
In early 1923, it was International Harvester's only tractor model, while the two-plow International 8-16,
the 3-plow Titan 10-20 and the 4-plow International 15-30 with chain drive were discontinued.
The McCormick-Deering 10-20 gear drive was not released until later in 1923.
In export markets, the tractor continued to be designated as International, Deering or McCormick.
Throughout production, the 15-30 moniker has become increasingly popular and commonly known to farmers in most regions, especially the United States and Canada.
