This is a 4x map that has 11 HUGE fields for big farming, there is a huge forest area with a cool surprise in the middle
just cut the trees and find there is also plenty of open space to build a nice big farm with lots of animals and lots of space for productions.
There is a grain mill, a farmer's market, a debris crusher, an outlet for bales, lime, a sawmill, a carpentry, an outlet in a mall, a gas station,
and a BGA which becomes the owner once the land is owned.
The basic things are there like a pet store and dealer and a working water tower for water.
I want to say a big thank you to Bauer Brown and Colin for all the amazing help and advice they gave me while creating this map,
this was my first map i ever made and i ran into a lot of problems if it wasn't for these guys
I would have just given up but they helped so much thanks again guys.
I also want to thank the creator of the mobile home mod Clayton Homes.
I'm a big fan of Clayton Homes and used to build for them years ago so I decided to make a nice trailer park with a pond and park
on the map which suited him perfectly as there was a similar trailer park in the small town represented by this map.
This map looks quite like an area of Texas in the 80s
