Multifruit here means that all fruits listed in the corresponding categories on the map can be sown with this machine.
Since potatoes, for example, rarely appear in these categories, this machine becomes potatoes

The seeder offers a variable seed / liquid fertilizer tank from 4228/2840 liters from stock to 8456/8400, 15000/15000 up to 25000/25000 liters.
