Adds Build Menu Tabs for ALL Squigglze placeable mods

New Sub Tabs:
Building
Silo
Factories
Selling
Animal
Deco
Foliage
Construction
All previously released placeable mods will be getting updates and future placeable mods created will now go in the new build menu. Each mod updated/released will have a dependency requiring this mod*
*Excluded mods: Any mod released on the in game modHub and the Cannabis DLC Pack (Cannabis DLC Pack will remain with its own TAB)
