R5 modding utilities

This is the first open beta of modding utilities.

Modding-Utils is a comprehensive software suite designed specifically for modding and mapping in FS.
This application includes built-in software tools and GE scripts designed to make modding and mapping easier.
The core of this release is the RoadConstructor open beta.
This allows you to create routes based on splines.

This release contains the following GE software tools and scripts:

Launcher V1.5.0: lists available software tools
Built-in script installer and updater.
Built-in Asset Manager: Allows you to manage prefabs in the map/mod project (currently only Raptor5's own assets and the built-in logger).
RoadConstructor Open Beta: Creates road segments based on spline and user parameters
