Description
The 105 combine was the combine of its time, reserved for larger farms, but as farms got bigger and yields increased,
more and more farmers turned to its large capacity for their crops.
Deere's New Generation combines reflected this and the release of the 7700 brought 25% more capacity than Deere had previously offered.
While the 105 was Deere's biggest machine and only farmers with larger acreage were interested in this big machine,
the trend of horsepower demand by farmers was still on the rise, and the successor to the 105, the 6600,
quickly became Deere's biggest seller of the new generation of combines
