An adjustment to the base game maps, NPC's Walter and the helper are gone for good on the map the rest of the NPC's remain in place, other than that the map isnt changed at all for those who love the base game maps ^_^

contracts: tested and work as intended, NPC pictures are gone but the contracts can still all be completed without issue
