Larger capacity pallets

These pallets replace the base game's production pallets with three times the capacity and unloading speed to indirectly bypass the pallet limit.

The capacity adjustment only applies to base game palettes, mod palettes are not adjusted.

The changes will only apply to newly produced pallets.
