This was to stop people flooding the web with old versions not updating them. Let alone without my perm

Main changes:
- fully removed crawler wheel and crawler bolts as colour options
---> seems to be that the crawlers are been dynamically loaded.. In turn makes the color go away.. This is a game issue.. Untill its fixed the colors will remain out <---
- added left and right side camera views to give the combine such a more agile feeling.
- added some perms in xmls
- added option to color plastic this comes under (main color) very first config
- added custom seat padding
- fixed a chunk of errors that came around
- max speed increase from 50kph to 65kph = 40mph
- mod is now stable.
^^^ if by any chance anyone can fix this issue with the crawler colors at all you will be credited and have contributions in the mod ty

- ADDED X2 NEW LIGHT BAR LED WORK LIGHTS TO THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE COMBINE
- REDUCED THE PRICE FOR THE COMBINE FROM 720K TO 598K (WITHOUT UPGRADES)
- UPDATED VARIOUS THING FOR 1.6 PATCH
- NOW HAS AVAILABLEDS UK PLATES FOR BRITISH MAPS
- CORRECTED THE DIM LIGHTING ON THE TOP HELA LIGHTS (NOW ARE NICE AND BRIGHT)
- FIXED MIPMAPPING TO THE LOGO
