-added control panel (no lighting or any functionality yet, will have to be added)
-door is openable by folding function (X on keyboard)
-added external vehicle control system like Göweil VarioMaster uses (currently only the control panel door is openable and the chipper can be turned on on foot, unfolding pipe or flaps in the front is not yet possible, as well as turning on the engine of the chipper, i need to find out the right functions which need to be called, which can take some time)
-front flaps now work using tipside function, making it possible to have 3 states (closed, semi open (for bulk goods or round bales) and fully open (for woodchipping or square bales), 2 of the states can be seen in previous Posts on this WIP)
-added missing sounds when unfolding anything
-fixed shading issues on decals etc.
-added missing gloss maps (vehicle dirtiness, wear etc)
-made fenders and front support wheels rounder while keeping meshes reasonable for performance, since this mod is supposed to release as a Crossplay Mod on ModHub with its initial release
things left to do:
-add functionality to control panel
-add missing external control functions if possible
-fix chopped straw filltype
-add biomass heating plant for woodchips and chopped straw from mod
-fix ash filltype (which is supposed to be convertable to lime in this chipper as well)
-run whole mod through Giants Test Runner Tool and fix any following errors regarding the tool
release date can vary since giants mod testers sometimes do take a lot of time
it already looks great, there are only a few minor things regarding materials, e.g. some minor shading issues with the decals and reassigning the gloss map (the file which tells the game where the vehicle gets dirty or worn), I´ve fully seperated the merged meshes allowing for faster editing in regards to adding the control panel, and making the fenders rounder, seperating was neccessary for recreating the materials anyways. It also doesnt cause any warnings or errors anymore.
All functionalities regarding the chipper are also already working, chipping wood, dissolving bales and cutting for ex. sugarbeets into cut sugarbeets. After fixing said things, next things to do is reassigning sound templates for folding/unfolding the pipe and front flaps, which is quickly done. After that I will try to fix the new filltypes, which currently are certainly not working correctly. (chopped straw, processed manure and cut beetroots), though i may want to learn lua scripting to automatically assign those new filltypes to any bga (though I´d appreciate help on that immensely, as I have no clue about scripting in terms of doing something from ground up)
