Little progress on French Temporary Panels!!
Here's what I did on top of it:

- Added signs indicating a limit of 30
- Added signs indicating a limit of 50
- Addition of prohibited direction signs
- Added signs indicating the end of a limitation / obligation
- Addition of deviation sign (left and right)

The console transition is still planned!
I'm also waiting for Giants Editor 10 to make textures much more beautiful 😉
