When the high beam is switched on, the light does not come on

@xTosca8x Unfortunately I can't find why it doesn't show any water droplets. It seems to get wet but without water droplets.

@xTosca8x Yes, i converted all materials so you also see waterdroplets in fs25. And added some new options.
