Does it actually work? All the mobile workshop/toolboxes/trucks I have ever downloaded have errors and conflict with in game triggers.
It's completely error-free, so it doesn't perform well, so I would say your PC just sucks, I'm sorry, but what can I say about that

check your installed mods its not the tractor waht make problems its a mod that not compatible with the tractor
