Currently, on multiplayer. It appears to charge all farms on the server the delivery fee. And as a side note, could you make it have a delay? Like, if I buy it right now, it'll take an hour in game or 15 min or something before it arrives, rather than be instant? On top of that, if you set up the delivery zone for yourself, it makes EVERYONE on the server have their purchases go to your yard.
