The last couple of things I've sent in were over 3 week waits and failed over personal opinions on design decisions.
Well, not sure what to tell ya. Must be another mod you be loading up at the same time. Best way to check is to only load that mod in to a new game. Also in the log.txt, name of last mod loaded.
