Ford 8630 Edit

This is my edit of the Ford 8630.
Changes:
- Max speed set to 45 km/h
- Added beacon bar (credits to NMC)
- Added Michelin men
- Added curtains
- Added Ford windshield sticker
- Added air horns (not functionable, just for looks)
- Added Chiptune engine configuration with 162hp
