it would make it posable to overheat glow plug
new car warm glow plugs up for 7s
old car 30s they are examples
not warming the up= car not starting
overheating=breaking them them
fuel pumping simalar
car wont start if not enough fuel in moto
if to much it will flood

and in winter batteries loose power
