When you go out into the water...you sink to the bottom and aren't able to look around

Is this the same mod as the one uploaded on Feb 4th by Jersey Shore?
I tried both ways you suggested but I still can't get your map to load. No matter what I try.
@Dakota Farmer Ok...it would get to 100% then show it was loading like the last shader...but then it stopped and wouldn't go any further
