From 1982 to 1993 Steyr (Steyr-Daimler-Puch) produced the 8150a, bridging the performance gap between the 8140 and 8170 models. The tractor has now been restored and overhauled as a "Landbauer Edition" model in the series of LE vehicles. Steyr's cooperation with KHD and Valmet had led to further engine improvements. The two-stage powershift transmission was only the beginning and should therefore end with the first continuously variable engine. The model has countless configuration options, including the optional ISARIA precision farming system.
