For the scale/probe, you can get out of your vehicle and "click" and the animation should start clearing the collision. If you want this to happen automatically when a vehicle enters the scale, I recommend using.

Spotted a few floating objects and terrain issues.
AutoDrive/ModDesc conflict causes memory issues.
Binsite B has been reset to the default silo. I left the XML there in case anyone wanted to fix it and use it with State Controller, but for the general public it's a return to a normal siled system that didn't cooperate, they were therefore removed to allow the use of functional placeables. .
