This part is made up of 3 areas:
- a dairy farm with a stable for cows as well as one for heifers (in addition to factories for this)
- a slightly lower BGA which also does ETA to store the large equipment of the dairy farm
- a vineyard that processes and transforms the grapes with vines located a little higher and around the vineyard
