@Mika02ledeglingue "...available to third parties free-of-charge and not for gain" it apply even outside modhub, they have multiple time shut down similar sitations where modders locked mods behind paywalls.
Go ask them if you don't believe me.

@Arsenic Modding I'm a modder, if you care to look, and i'm the first to say that we deserve some compensation.
But we cannot ask money to get our mods, nore we should ask people to buy extras for real money to use our mods.
You should had buy yourself and build the map, not asking everyone who wanna use it to go and spend money.
You're not asking for donations, you're against Giants tocs, i'll repeat at nauseam.
We can buy models, but we cannot pretend that players should buy them to play our maps.

Tell it to Giants, doesn't matter what other make with their own models, you can't make pay to use your mods, ever.
It appeal to third party extensions aswell, OP should had buy the models and integrate into the map, free of charge, requiring users to go buy them he's essentially making paying to use his map mandatory, and it's illegal by Giants tocs, ffs.
Doesn't matter if there is a free version, a paying version shouldn't exists at all, regardless, one doesn't make the other right.

@kane1627 point stand still, op can't make paid models mandatory for his map, he MUST buy himself and put into the map, or make mods out of it FREE to use.
You can't paywall anything.

Donations aren't illegal, pay to downlad is.
Donations are volontary, you don't HAVE to donate to download.
Paywall behynd a Patron is illegal because you're forced to pay.
Stop excusing them.
