I hope this helps. Usually, this problem occurs after reopening the game. So, I left the battery at 100% before exiting the game, and now it doesn't happen anymore. Yes, I know that with each match, the battery drains, but there were times when I exited the game with 87% battery, and when I returned and tried to start it, the battery would drain and drop to 20%.
Unfortunately the battery ran out even though no lights were on.
