Way too fast plus it stops in an instant, like from 100 to 0 in under one second. Also, why is there random food on the dashboard?

It depends on what you want to do. It is your mod. I can only tell you that most people prefer "real" trucks, like realistic trucks which they can use for work. Not that your mod is bad, but as for playing the game like it is intended, people like usable machines.
