JCB CX Pack

After 3 days of effort, I present you the jcb package again.

Everything has been removed and restored to its original state.
The decals have changed completely and the interior of the cabin has changed.
There are color options (rim color does not change)
doors, fenders and mirrors are animated
There are a few minor bugs, but they do not affect the gameplay at all.
