Welcome to Waldstetten, here, a farm made up of "Limousine" cows with Fendt.
All the equipment necessary for the farm is included, to cultivate the fields, and feed your cows.
You also have a dog, some chickens, a horse, near your house. Some stocks (hay, straw, fertilizer, herbicide, seeds...).
Vehicles have realistic hours. A JCB telehandler is also at your disposal to perform various tasks on the farm as well as a Claas thresher.
The farm is in 2 parts, it is separated by the road with 2 cow stalls. You also have a workshop and what it takes to clean your equipment with a nice water point. ETA was unable to sow corn for silage, so the silos are empty, wrapping is available to help out.
Fields already purchased, a sowing project is underway, it's up to you to finish it with around €18,000 and a loan of around €200,000.
