it doesnt stop loading if i put the seasons mod in, after 4 hours it still wasnt loaded. Without the seasons mod it loads correctly

A really nice and cool car, there is only one problem with the Toyota, the steering wheel is on the right, but when u step out of the vehicle u step out on the left side. Can you pls fix it. And can you pls make it possible to open the trunk and maybe the hood? TY so much the car is really cool.
