Not sure if it's just me, but the fuel wasn't still fixed for me at least. The tractor ran out of fuel, but it refused to do anything even when i dragged it to a refuel point with super strenght mod.
@BusinessWoofer It works fine, me to using DEF mod, i can refill fuel. i think your mods "buging" something. First make sure you test only this one modification, then write, don't mislead people.
